Spring Forward OT is an occupational therapy (OT) company in Omaha, NE that brings OT services to the comfort of your home so that together we can address your daily activities in your natural environment. I provide outpatient OT services, as well as specialize in the areas of Aging/Living in Place and Prehabilitation (helping you prepare yourself and your environment before surgery).

It is my hope that through these pages you will discover my passion for occupational therapy and how OT really is just about getting back to and doing those day to day activities that bring your life meaning.

Simply put, "occupations" are our fancy way to say the day-to-day activities that "occupy" your time.

At all stages of life we have activities that are meaningful and unique to us. These activities can change over time or be affected by life circumstances.

Therapy

An Occupational Therapist works with you to help you achieve those daily activities, through rehab, wellness, exercises, education, adaptations, equipment, and that therapist-client connection.

Team

An OT is one piece of your healthcare team and as such, I am always happy to coordinate with your doctor or other providers.

The most important piece to the team is you! For that reason, Spring Forward OT always works one on one with its clients so that you are the focus.
