Tending to my garden and Spring Forward OT

Growing my garden, in many ways, has been like building this website. It has taken hours of learning, persistence, dedication, and love. It has been difficult, but, more importantly, beautiful. The more I tend to it, the more passionate I grow.

My hope is to use this blog to not only further guide you through more about Spring Forward OT, but also as a way to share some of the many wonderful aspects of occupational therapy. This blog may start small (bear with me please!) but I have a lot of content, research, and information that I would like to share in time. I also hope to hear from some of you, with questions or comments. We learn from each other.

And so, here is to growth...
